The Role
Location: Madrid (Hybrid) or Remote
Type: Freelance / Part-Time (15–20 hours per week, with potential to increase)
You’ll be responsible for creating design assets across websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
This is a structured design role. You’ll work from clear briefs, real client goals, and defined systems to produce work that is clean, consistent, and built to perform.
You won’t just be making things look good. You’ll be contributing to how campaigns land, how brands are perceived, and how work is delivered across the team.

Work Pattern
15–20 hours per week initially

What You’ll Do
Design assets for:
Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram)
Website pages and layouts
Marketing campaigns, ads, and landing pages
Follow structured briefs and design systems
Work closely with content, marketing, and account teams
Iterate quickly based on feedback
Maintain consistency across brands and projects




Prepare files for development and publishing
Contribute to improving templates and internal design systems
Use AI tools where appropriate to improve speed and output

You understand the purpose behind what you’re designing

What We’re Looking For
Strong fundamentals in layout, spacing, and typography
Experience across branding, web, and digital assets
Ability to work from structured briefs
Reliable and consistent with deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication with the team
Nice to have:
Experience in marketing or agency environments
Experience designing for performance (conversion, engagement)
Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar tools
