This position manages the day-to-day operations in accordance with state and local laws and TPG policies for carrying out the mandates of each of our clients.
Oversee service contracts for goods and services
Visit portfolio of properties assigned to you on an as-needed basis to ensure all maintenance standard requirements are met; maintain contact with on-site staff, if applicable
Arrange for emergency repairs on common elements
Determine cost-effective action for routine/general repairs on common elements
Coordinate vendors and negotiate contracts
Review financial statements and delinquencies
Assist Board with financial planning and budget preparation
Develop and document pertinent matters (e.g., boiler rooms, sprinkler valves, irrigation systems, etc.)
Prepare correspondence to unit owners on behalf of the Board, as necessary, re: association matters, violations, complaints, etc.
Prepare for and attend Association Board meetings and Annual Meetings for portfolio of properties
The adecuado individual has excellent customer service skills, is a self-starter and highly motivated, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the property management field or experience on a property Board of Directors is a plus.
