About the role:
The IBERIA Finance Advisor is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of statutory, financial and tax reporting for Castrol Spain and Portugal. The role provides end-to-end accountability for statutory accounts, audit coordination, and tax and regulatory submissions,
while also supporting the departments accountable for intercompany billing related to Royalty and Residual Fees, as well as related treasury and payment processes. It plays a key role in maintaining a strong control environment by partnering with FBT, Tax, Treasury, external auditors and statutory bodies, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and group standards across the Castrol business in IBERIA.
In addition, you will provide quality assurance and coordination of cross-border reports and the corresponding processes for Castrol Spain and Portugal and subsidiaries in compliance with stock corporation, company and tax as well as local laws and regulations, the execution of the corresponding risk management and compliance with corporate governance. This also includes coordinating with and ensuring the resulting reporting obligations for and to the Executive Board, management and Supervisory Board. Ensuring compliance with the requirement
