Accountabilities




Own the general go-to-market strategy for the Recruitment Cloud product, developing plans that support revenue growth, adoption, and client retention.
Develop compelling product positioning and buyer-focused messaging across key audiences and market segments.
Translate the product story into high-quality customer-facing and internal content, including presentations, blog posts, website copy, product videos, sales materials, and other enablement assets.
Serve as a product marketing subject matter expert by engaging directly with customers and Sales teams to understand needs, challenges, requirements, and market opportunities.
Educate internal and external stakeholders on product capabilities, differentiators, and customer value through presentations, enablement sessions, webinars, and other communication channels.
Conduct competitive analysis and develop differentiated competitive positioning to support Sales, Solution Consulting
