Purpose of Role/Summary:

The Personal Assistant serves as the trusted right hand to the Chairwoman & Founder, providing seamless executive, administrative,



and personal support across the Group's multiple companies and businesses.
The role requires a polished, intelligent, and discreet professional who can manage competing priorities across numerous managers and Chiefs, safeguard confidential business and personal matters, and ensure the Chairwoman's time, communications, and affairs are handled with the highest standard of judgment, efficiency, and professionalism.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

Manage the Chairwoman's calendar across all Group companies and businesses, coordinating priorities, meetings, and travel in liaison with multiple Chiefs, managers, and departments
Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairwoman and the Chiefs/Managers across the Group's companies, following up on deliverables, decisions, and action points on her behalf
Prepare, review, and consolidate board packs, presentations, reports, and briefing documents ahead of meetings with internal and external stak
