Your Mission & Impact
Own the Deal Lifecycle: Procure high-quality used industrial machinery (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, woodworking) across your dedicated DACH territory.
Convert Leads: Qualify and close inbound supply and sales leads, turning prospects into active transactions.
Grow Your Network: Manage and expand your personal portfolio of manufacturing companies, machinery dealers, and strategic partners.
Drive Strategy: Run market research to identify regional growth pockets and deploy action plans to boost machine acquisition.
What You Bring to the Table




Language Power: Native or bilingual German, with professional English skills.
The "Hunter" Mindset: A "no-fear" attitude toward picking up the phone, cold calling, and building relationships from scratch.
Relevant Track Record: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (industrial experience is a huge plus).
Extreme Ownership: High determination, proactivity, and a strong bias for action.
This is an active sales role for builders who love closing deals, not just managing existing accounts
