What Youll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, youll assist customers with mobile phones, internet, and TV services, including:
Mobile Services: SIM card setup, getting internet on devices
Home Services: Internet troubleshooting, TV box setup
Who Were Looking For:
Languages: Dutch & English
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communicator, customer-focused, problem solver
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers and passionate about technology
Sales Mindset: Able to identify and act on sales opportunities
