The role defines documents customer needs to produce functional requirements and provide functional subject matter expertise for internally and to customer. The role provides comprehensive test cases and oversees thorough testing compliant with CHAMP's business processes.The Senior Delivery Business Analyst/ Solution Architect validates and improves customer requirements by verifying adherence to required functionality in delivered solutions, conducting user acceptance testing, managing customer change requests and providing the customer with ways to improve their processes by effectively using CHAMP's applications.Accountable for an end-to-end solution design, approved by the customer, delivered as specified, evidenced against the agreed requirements, and transition of the delivered solution into the operational support organization.
