As we continue to invest in our commercial organisation, weve brought our Business Development team together in Barcelona to build a collaborative international hub.
Were now looking for a German-speaking Business Development Manager to help grow one of our most strategic markets.
The role This role combines two key responsibilities.
New Business: The majority of your time will be dedicated to generating new business.
Youll own the full sales cycle,
from outbound prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing.
Strategic Growth Youll also work closely with the Germany General Manager to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within strategic customer accounts, helping expand existing partnerships and uncover new commercial opportunities.
Beyond your own pipeline, youll contribute to improving our sales playbook, messaging and AI-driven workflows by sharing what you learn from the market.
What success looks like Within your first three to six months, youll:
* Build a consistent pipeline through outbound prospecting.
* Manage opportunities confidently from first conversation to close.
* Close your first new customers.
* Adapt our messaging to the DACH market.
* Contribute ideas that improve how we sell.
* Collaborate closely with the Germany General Manager and the integral Business Development team.
