In this role, you'll act as a key point of contact for customers, helping ensure the successful deployment, adoption, and follow-up of our Control Tower and WXP services. The position is based in Madrid and includes occasional travel to customer sites when required (approximately 25% of the time).What will you do?Lead customer onboarding activities for Control Tower and WXP services.Deliver presentations, reports, and service follow-up sessions related to Proactive Insight, Control Tower,



and WXP.Provide technical support to sales and pre-sales teams.Implement solutions tailored to customer projects and business requirements.Lead technical follow-up meetings and provide customer support throughout the service lifecycle.Continuously learn and develop expertise on the products and solutions being implemented.Identify opportunities for improvement and support end-to-end project tracking with customers and internal teams.Build strong relationships with customers in an international environment, ensuring a high-quality service experience.What are we looking for?Degree or professional training in Systems Administration, IT, or a related field.Fluent Italian (C2 level).Upper-intermediate English (B2 level or above).Knowledge of systems administration and server architecture.Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset and ability to work in international environments.Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Experience creating reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.Interest in and practical use of AI tools in day-to-day work is valued.Proactive attitude, autonomy, adaptability, and flexibility.What do we offer?Join a collaborative and
