Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented to join the Customer Experience team as an Inflight Experience Specialist. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in managing and improving the passenger experience during flights, including services such as Wi‑Fi, Inflight Entertainment (IFE), catering, and coordination with suppliers and logistics teams.

Este puesto representa una ocasión emocionante para adquirir experiencia práctica en la gestión y mejora de la experiencia del pasajero durante el vuelo, incluyendo servicios como Wi‑Fi, entretenimiento a bordo (IFE), catering y coordinación con proveedores y equipos logísticos.
El/la especialista dará apoyo principalmente al Manager de Customer Experience Delivery y colaborará estrechamente con otros equipos como Operaciones, Compras, Logística y proveedores externos, contribuyendo a la definición, seguimiento y optimización de procesos que garanticen una experiencia a bordo de alta calidad y consistente para nuestros clientes.
