WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a sharp, curious, and impact-driven Product Analyst to help us build products our customers love. This is a Middle or Senior Product Analyst position. You'll join the Product Analytics team at Manychat, working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to bring data into every decision we make.This role is perfect for someone who loves turning data into quick action: zooming in to uncover the signal in the noise, and zooming out to see the big picture. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive insights that matter: Translate complex data into compelling stories that guide product decisions and strategy.
- Shape success metrics and influence the roadmap: Partner with PMs to define KPIs, metric trees, and measurable goals that connect product impact to business outcomes. Surface insights that size opportunities, highlight trade-offs, and sharpen prioritization.
- Guide experimentation: Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests.
- Build trusted data: Collaborate with engineers and data teams to ensure reliable, scalable data models and tracking.
- Make data accessible: Create dashboards, enable self-service, and drive data literacy across product teams.
