We are looking for aBioinformatics Senior Scientistto join our growing team inBarcelona. Reporting to the Bioinformatics Lead, you will help us develop new pipelines for the early diagnosis and screening of complex diseases such as cancer. We hope to find someone with a start-up spirit who is highly motivated to be a part of a project that will revolutionize early cancer diagnosis and improve people’s quality of life.





Your Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain pipelines for NGS data analysis, with a focus on RNA-seq.
- Perform large-scale data mining, integration, and interpretation of genomics datasets.
- Apply machine learningand statistical approaches to identify novel biomarker signatures.
- Write and maintainefficient, reproducible, and well-documented code in Bash, Python, and R.
- Assist in the developmentof software and custom scripts to automate data input, retrieval, processing, and analysis.
- Contribute to the preparationof patents, scientific publications, and regulatory submissions.

What We Are Looking For:
- PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, data science, or a related field, and3+ yearsof postdoctoral or industry experience.
- Proven track recordin NGS data analysis (especially RNA-seq).
- Proficiencyin Python and R.
