Perk is scaling its Spend Customer Care organization in Barcelona, seeking a hands-on Technical Manager to lead our Technical Support Specialists. You will raise the team’s technical maturity, improve workflows, and partner with Engineering to resolve complex issues.
This is a hands-on role with coding discussions and mentorship. You will coach the team, own escalations, and help shape automation and AI use to scale support while working closely with Product and Engineering.
