As a Technical Consultant, you will deliver General Delivery Services to Hitachi Vantara’s customers, translating high-level designs into robust technical solutions and guiding projects from implementation to operations. You’ll collaborate with project managers, customers, and partners, providing clear status updates and leadership throughout the lifecycle. You’ll identify improvement opportunities, strengthen customer confidence in service delivery, and help ensure smooth transitions from build to steady-state operations. This role offers exposure to diverse industries, global teams, and a focus on technical excellence and continuous learning.

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in technical consultancy and service delivery
• Strong storage solutions expertise, especially in mainframe environments; open systems experience is a plus
• Ability to translate high-level designs into detailed technical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills
• Strong problem-solving ability xqbhyrx with a proactive, accountable mindset
• Confidence communicating complex technical concepts clearly
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams
