As Content Design Manager, you lead a team of Content Designers to shape a scalable content strategy that aligns with business goals and AI-enabled workflows. You’ll partner with Product and other teams to drive high-quality, user-centered content at scale across a travel ecommerce platform. Your leadership and AI-savvy approach will optimize content delivery and governance. This is an opportunity to influence tone, quality, and impact in a fast-paced, hybrid Barcelona environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop a holistic content strategy aligned with company objectives and AI-enabled workflows
• Lead and mentor a team of 12 Content Designers and 1 Lead Content Designer within Product
• Drive adoption and optimization of the internal AI content agent to accelerate delivery and improve quality
• Define human-in-the-loop workflows, AI prompt engineering practices, and QA frameworks for AI-generated content
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set goals and success metrics for content initiatives
• Align business goals with user needs to support strategic direction
• Prioritize work across main eDreams areas in Product and other business units
• Promote best-in-class content design practices bridging Product and human-centric writing




• Inspire credibility and rapport with team and stakeholders at all levels
• Review workflows periodically to identify AI automation opportunities to boost efficiency
• Mentor team with learning programs to upskill in AI-era competencies (prompt engineering, AI curation)
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in a leadership role within Content Design and content strategy
• Proven experience scaling large teams (10+ people) including managers/leads
• Experience integrating Generative AI into content workflows and guiding AI-driven transformation
• Native English speaker; fluency in other European languages
• Experience in ecommerce with retail techniques; travel sector experience valued
• Experience working with cross-functional executive stakeholders xqbhyrx
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI governance, and maintaining brand tone at scale with AI tools
• Understanding of content strategy and conversion tactics in ecommerce
• Process-oriented, proactive thinker who identifies opportunities for tech integration
• Team player with positive attitude and sense of humor
