In this role you will lead the Talent Growth product, shaping roadmaps and technology enablement for skills-driven career growth, learning, and internal mobility. You will align talent strategy with skills data and workforce demand to improve visibility and personalize development across NTT DATA Inc. This senior leadership position drives the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of Talent Growth capabilities at scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with business value, employee experience, and enterprise architecture.

• Work with delivery teams, architects, platform owners, and vendors to translate requirements into features
• Ensure improved skills visibility, gap analysis, personalised recommendations, and internal movement
• Partner with data/architecture teams on skills data foundations, governance, and analytics
• Champion a simple, intuitive employee experience for skill discovery and growth
• Support managers with visibility of internal talent supply, gaps, and development opportunities
