You will guard the project’s visual look and lead the Lookdev and Texturing team to translate 2D concepts into high‑quality 3D shaders and textures.
You will collaborate with the Art Director and Director, define final shading and materials, and optimize shaders for rendering with xqbhyrx Arnold while developing workflows and technical docs to standardize production, all while keeping schedules
