As Content u0026amp; AI Enablement Team Lead, you will steer the global editorial program to demonstrate our relevance and authority in finance. You will work hands-on with strategic writing while enabling cross-functional teams to produce scalable, high-quality content. You’ll shape top-of-funnel narratives and build a repeatable AI-enabled content system that improves speed, quality, and consistency. This role combines leadership, content strategy, and practical AI/automation work to drive measurable impact for Payhawk’s brand and products.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define and own the global content strategy and editorial plan across brand, platform, products, customers, and leadership
• Create flagship content programs including research, customer stories, executive thought leadership, newsletters, and events
• Build and maintain repeatable content workflows that can be reused across channels, regions, and buyer stages
• Lead writing and editing of Payhawk’s most strategically important content
• Design AI-enabled operating systems with templates, prompts,



playbooks, and quality checks
• Develop self-serve toolkits for product marketing, SEO, demand generation, and regional teams
• Set priorities, standards, and development goals for a small content team and manage external writers as needed
• Build scalable content model based on systems and enablement rather than headcount only
• Train teams to use content systems and track adoption

Responsabilidades
• 7-10 years of experience in B2B content marketing, editorial, brand publishing, or related field
• Native-level English with strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Experience leading a content team or function
• Experience in SaaS/fintech/enterprise technology or complex B2B environments
• Proven ability to create content for senior business audiences
• Evidence of building repeatable content processes and operating models
• Experience collaborating across Brand, Product Mark
