In this Senior Litigation Lawyer role, you will lead complex disputes across multiple jurisdictions and shape litigation strategy to protect HBX Group’s interests. You will act as a strategic advisor to internal teams and coordinate general external counsel, ensuring cost discipline and consistent quality. The role blends legal risk management with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, international environment. • Lead and manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters aligned with business objectives
• Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on disputes, contracts, and risk exposure
• Coordinate and oversee external counsel globally, ensuring consistency, quality, and cost control

Responsabilidades
• Qualified lawyer with at least 5+ years' litigation experience (top-tier law firm and/or in-house)
• Strong expertise in civil and commercial litigation
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
