About The Role
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will make an impact by shaping and delivering the people agenda for Cognizant Spain, coaching leaders and strengthening employee engagement, organisational effectiveness and compliance. You will be a valued member of the Spain Human Resources team, reporting to the Spain HR Lead and working collaboratively with business leaders, employee representatives and HR centres of expertise including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, HR Services and Integral Mobility.

In This Role, You Will




- Coach leaders to deliver business objectives and advise managers on engagement, workforce planning, capability development, performance management and compensation.
- Drive talent management and engagement strategies, using knowledge of the business, market and local talent trends to strengthen attraction, development and retention.
- Develop and localise HR policies and processes in line with Cognizant’s global HR strategy and Spanish employment regulations.
- Lead and contribute to HR transformation and operational improvement projects that enhance employee experience, efficiency and compliance.
- Build constructive dialogue with works councils, unions and health and safety representatives, supporting discussions and negotiations as needed.
- Use people data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies and practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
