One of our providers is already live and continues to scale, while we are now building the next new B2B product and looking for a Head of Engineering to lead its technology strategy.3. ABOUT THE ROLEAs Head of Engineering, you will work directly with the CEO and become one of the key technology leaders responsible for building and scaling a new B2B game provider. You will have full ownership of the engineering organization, technical strategy, architecture, and delivery processes. This is a highly autonomous C-level role in which your decisions will directly impact product scalability, engineering efficiency, and business growth.4. PROBATION GOALSBuild the engineering team from scratchDefine the department's development strategy for the first 6 months, first year, and first three yearsBuild a technology scaling roadmap covering platform architecture, RGS, automation, and engineering organization by the end of the probation period5. RESPONSIBILITIES — WHAT YOU WILL DODefine and execute the company's technology strategy together with the CEOBuild and scale the engineering organization, including hiring, mentoring, and developing technical leadersImprove delivery processes, release predictability, and engineering productivity using Jira and engineering metricsLead architecture decisions for the proprietary RGS platform and game production frameworkDrive engineering quality through test automation, release processes, monitoring, and observabilityManage operator integrations, technical vendors,



and outsourced development teamsIntroduce scalable engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and AI-assisted development practicesCollaborate closely with Product, Operations, Commercial, Legal, and Finance teams to support business growth6. REQUIREMENTS — WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORMUST HAVEPrevious experience as CTO, VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering, or Head of Technology at a B2B slot game providerStrong hands-on technical background in architecture and high-load distributed systemsExperience managing engineering organizations of 20+ specialistsProven experience building scalable engineering processes and improving delivery performanceExperience with proprietary game platforms, RGS, operator integrations, and slot game productionUpper-intermediate or higher English for daily communication with international teamsNICE TO HAVEExperience with GLI, BMM, or other certification laboratoriesExperience implementing AI tools within software engineeringKnowledge of ISO 27001 and security governanceExperience with crypto settlements or regulated gaming markets7.
