Balance Phone, a Barcelona-based mindful tech brand, seeks a Head of Operations to build the operational foundation for rapid scale. You will design systems, processes and the footprint to support multi-channel growth (DTC, B2B, retail) and to establish US/UK operations with 3PLs, carriers and optimized inventory flows.You will lead a hands-on team, develop talent, and own supplier relationships while driving unit economics and visibility across the expanded European, US and UK footprint.
