Key Responsibilities
Own and grow long-term relationships with clients, members, collectors, partners, and VIP guests, setting the standard for an exceptional customer experience across the business.
Serve as the senior point of contact for high-profile clients, overseeing all enquiries, requests, and follow-up communication with discretion and precision.
Lead the coordination of VIP hospitality and client experiences before, during, and after events, ensuring flawless service at every touchpoint.
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing key relationships, generating referrals, and converting prospects into long-term members, event participants, or clients.
Partner strategically with the Events, Marketing, and Business Development teams to strengthen client engagement, build lasting loyalty,



and shape key partnerships.
Requirements
Highly professional, confident, and personable, with a natural ability to build trust and command relationships in high-profile international environments.
8+ years of experience in client relationship management, luxury hospitality, premium customer service, or business development, with a track record of managing senior-level relationships.
Demonstrated ability to build, own, and grow long-term relationships with UHNW clients, partners, collectors, or members at the highest level.
Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and authority.
Highly service-oriented, with meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering world‑class client experiences.
