Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the AdvanCloud platform team to shape the technical direction of a mission-critical cloud SaaS powering RFID data processing, inventory management, and retail analytics. You will partner with product and business stakeholders to translate ideas into scalable software, ensure architectural coherence, and steer a cross-functional team toward high-value outcomes. You’ll oversee AWS-based infrastructure, drive security and compliance, and contribute to AI initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment. • Address security and compliance considerations, collaborating on platform dependencies
• Report progress, risks, and decisions to leadership

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of software management experience, ideally with cloud platforms
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong background in software architecture, especially in cloud environments
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and modern backend development
• Ability to translate product and business needs into technical solutions
