At BIC World, you are empowered to take ownership of your career and use your unique perspective to make a meaningful, global impact on our mission.Position OverviewAs Senior Finance Manager for Iberia region, you are a key leader responsible for the full finance scope, combining financial controlling, statutory compliance, and advanced commercial finance partnering.Reporting to the Finance Director Commercial Europe, you will act as a strategic business partner to the Commercial organization and Leadership Team, driving profitable growth through robust financial planning, Gross-to-Net (GTN) management, and performance insight.This role blends strategic influence and hands‑on execution, with ownership of financial performance, compliance, and team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Finance Business PartneringAct as a core member of the Country Leadership Team, contributing to business strategy and decision-makingPartner closely with Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Marketing, HR and Commercial StrategyProvide actionable financial insights to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and ROI optimizationSupport and challenge commercial teams on pricing, promotions, trade investment, and customer strategyLead financial input into strategic and transformation projectsCommercial Finance & GTN ManagementOwn and oversee Gross-to-Net (GTN) analysis, including trade spend, discounts, and promotional investmentsContribute to the development and review of customer and channel P&LsEnsure; accuracy, transparency,
and compliance of GTN reportingDeliver post-event analysis on commercial initiatives and promotionsFinancial Planning, Forecasting & ControllingOwn the full P&L; for the Iberia entity, including Revenue, COGS, Brand support and OPEXLead budget, rolling forecasts, and long‑term planning processesDeliver timely and accurate monthly closing and management reportingAnalyze performance vs. plan/prior year and drive corrective actionsDevelop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIsProvide in‑depth variance analysis and performance commentaryDrive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and reporting processesStatutory, Accounting & ComplianceEnsure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP) and Group IFRS.Act as primary contact for auditorsEnsure effective internal control environment and risk management framework, including credit limit risks (Coface insurance)Monitor impacts on P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash FlowOversee cash flow and working capital management, including DSO optimization & inventory turn overSupervise payroll‑related financial aspects in coordination with HRCross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with FP&A;, GBS, Supply Chain, and Group Finance teamsAlign financial plans with operational and commercial strategiesContribute to regional and general finance initiativesSupport business case development for investments and strategic initiativesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead and develop the Finance teamFoster a performance‑driven,
