The General Manager & Area Manager Spain is responsible for driving the success, profitability, and operational excellence of METT Barcelona, Casa METT Sitges, and future properties in Spain. The role leads hotel performance, develops high-performing teams, ensures exceptional guest experiences, and supports the growth of Sunset Hospitality Group within the Spanish mark

excellence.Strong commercial, financial, and operational expertise, including budgeting, revenue management, cost control, and performanc
e reporting.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder manage
ment skills.Strategic thinker with experience in hotel openings, renovations, transitions, and busi
ness growth.Proficient in hotel management systems and key hospitality KPIs (ADR, RevPAR, GOP,
