Your daily responsibilities will revolve around maintaining excellent cleanliness standards across selected properties. Key tasks include:
- Carrying out routine cleaning and maintenance in residential owner communities (comunidades de propietarios) and office environments.
- Cleaning common areas, stairwells, entrance halls, reception spaces, and office rooms.
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping down surfaces, fixtures, and communal furniture.
- Emptying waste bins and properly handling garbage disposal in accordance with local regulations.




- Managing and taking care of the provided cleaning equipment and supplies effectively.

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 12 months (1 year) of practical work experience in a similar professional cleaning position.
- A valid driver's license and/or your own means of transportation (moped, motorcycle, or car) to travel to assigned locations.
- Strong organizational skills, thoroughness, and a reliable, self-directed work style.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently throughout your shift.
