Barcelona | Onsite2 days per week | 12-month contractWe are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to support a client environment in Barcelona.This is a long-term, part-time requirement. You must be available to work onsite in Barcelona for two days every week throughout the full 12-month contract.The environment uses Cisco Meraki network infrastructure, so we need someone with a strong background in networking who can confidently diagnose and resolve both end-user support and connectivity issues.Responsibilities will include:Providing onsite 1st and 2nd line technical supportDiagnosing and resolving hardware, software and connectivity issuesTroubleshooting within a Cisco Meraki network environmentManaging incidents through to resolution and escalating where requiredSupporting users professionally within a client-facing environmentMaintaining clear records of incidents,



resolutions and outstanding actionsWe are looking for someone with:At least three years’ experience in IT support and networkingPrevious experience working at 2nd line levelStrong practical knowledge of network troubleshootingExperience with Cisco Meraki infrastructure would be highly advantageousThe ability to work independently within a customer environmentResidence in Barcelona or within a realistic commuting distanceAvailability to work onsite two days per week for the full 12-month contractThe specific working days and start date will be confirmed with suitable applicants.Please apply with an up-to-date CV and details of your availability.
