THE ROLE
As People and Culture Director, you will play a key role in the resort’s pre-opening and operational success. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead all aspects of the HR function including talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, well-being, and performance culture.

Proven HR leadership experience in a five-star resort or luxury hotel environmentPrevious experience on the island of Ibiza or deep understanding of its employment landscapeA strong track record in pre-opening projects – building teams and culture from scratchPassion for sustainability, well-being,



and people-first leadershipFluent English and Spanish essentialAbility to work at a strategic level while also getting hands-on when requiredMust be based in Ibiza or willing to relocateNew opening experience
