Influence decisions made by senior leadership and operational teams.Your key responsibilitiesAnalyse crew scheduling and operational data to assess fatigue-related risks.Review and investigate fatigue reports, identifying root causes and emerging trends.Collaborate with Crew Planning and Operational teams to improve scheduling practices and crew recovery opportunities.Develop reports,



dashboards and actionable insights for management.Monitor safety and fatigue indicators, proposing mitigation strategies when necessary.Support aviation safety audits and regulatory compliance requirements.Deliver awareness and training initiatives on fatigue risk management.Participate in innovative projects involving biometric and operational performance data.What we're looking forBackgroundDegree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Data Analytics, Aviation Management or a related discipline.Additional training in Human Factors, Safety Management Systems or Risk Management will be considered a plus.ExperienceMinimum 4 years of experience in analytical, operational, safety, risk management or data-focused roles.Experience working with large datasets and translating information into business recommendations.Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau and/or Python is highly valued.Aviation experience is a plus but not required.SkillsFluent English and Spanish.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to identify patterns, trends and operational risks from complex data.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive.
