You will join our growing marketing team of 50+ professionals, including Affiliate, Media Buying, SEO, Design and Technical teams.

We are looking for a strong SMM Specialist who can take ownership of social media direction, generate ideas independently, and build scalable content and audience growth strategies across multiple platforms and markets.

What you need to succeed in this role:
Upper-Intermediate English or higher. Portuguese or Spanish will be an advantage;
3+ years of experience in SMM, digital marketing, or content marketing;
Strong understanding of modern social media platforms, algorithms, and content mechanics;
Experience working with paid advertising tools on social media platforms;
Experience building content strategies focused on growth and engagement;
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance metrics;
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;




Strong communication and organisational skills;
Creative thinking combined with a data-driven approach;
Understanding of trends in influencer marketing, short-form content, and community growth;
Experience with AI tools for content creation and workflow optimisation will be an advantage;
Experience in iGaming, betting, or affiliate marketing will be a strong advantage.

You will be expected to:
Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands and GEOs;
Create and manage content plans aligned with marketing and business goals;
Lead content production together with designers, editors, and external creators;
Launch and manage social media campaigns focused on audience growth and engagement;
Work with paid promotion and advertising campaigns across different social media platforms;
Collaborate with Media Buying teams on testing, scaling, and audience targeting strategies;
