What does it take to run a finance editorial desk where the first draft is AI-generated, the second draft is yours, and every published sentence has to survive a regulator's read?

This is a Marketing Intern building the AI-driven content engine for EXFI Brand & Editorial. EXFI is not a bank and is not itself FCA-authorised; it is Gemba Finance Ltd's white-label distribution partner, with payment services provided by Gemba Finance Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 804853). The job is to make a regulated financial brand legible, without making it wrong. You become the person who can run an AI-assisted finance editorial desk from prompt to publish, and you leave with the one proof employers hire on: a live editorial calendar you ran from research to performance review. Everyone has a degree. Almost nobody has proof.

Build the prompt library and editorial style guide the AI-assisted content desk runs on. Work the SEO-to-publish calendar for regulation explainers, treasury insights, and product stories. Shape the short-form distribution playbook that turns long-form articles into LinkedIn-first posts and tests positioning for R&D; teams, European SMEs, and relocating professionals. Ship the Monday reset report: what went live, what the numbers say, what changes.

A published editorial process has been run end-to-end, with the analytics to prove it. A prompt library or content template set another person can run without you in the room. A finance or regulation explainer stayed on the table until a non-specialist could read it without stopping. An AI draft that sounded right and was wrong was caught and fixed at the source before publish.
