To fuel our next phase of growth, we're hiring a Head of Paid Acquisition to own and scale our paid marketing strategy, based in our Barcelona office.
? The role
We're looking for a Head of Paid Acquisition to join our crew in Barcelona and own the strategy behind how we acquire renters and boat owners at scale, across all our markets.
Paid acquisition is a core growth lever for Click&Boat;,



sitting at the intersection of performance marketing, data, and brand. You'll lead a team of 3, own the paid media P&L;, and work in close, day-to-day collaboration with Global Group Head of Performance (based in Miami) to align on integral strategy, share learnings across the Group's marketplaces, and make the most of our combined scale.
Given the strategic weight of paid acquisition in our growth model, you'll report and present regularly to our Executive Board as well as to Boats Group stakeholders, on performance, strategy, and investment decisions.
