Job description_About the role_Join our client and help keep one of the industry’s most trusted vehicle data platforms running smoothly and on schedule. You’ll coordinate cross-functional engineering, product, and partner teams to plan, track, and deliver initiatives that support major partners across dealerships, lenders, marketplaces, and enterprise platforms. This role blends strong organizational discipline with hands-on troubleshooting and direct client engagement, giving you the opportunity to keep complex, high-visibility projects on track while acting as a trusted point of contact for external stakeholders.A day in the role_Own end-to-end project planning and execution, including scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and tracking milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives.Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and status reporting that keep engineering, product, and leadership aligned on priorities and progress.Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients and partners, managing expectations, communicating status,



and coordinating delivery timelines.Identify, triage, and drive resolution of project risks, blockers, and technical issues, pulling in the right stakeholders to troubleshoot and unblock work quickly.Facilitate cross-functional meetings (standups, planning sessions, retrospectives, client check-ins) and ensure clear ownership and follow-through on action items.Translate business and client requirements into structured project plans and well-defined tasks that engineering teams can execute against.Monitor project health (scope, schedule, budget, quality) and proactively escalate and resolve issues before they impact delivery.Maintain thorough, organized documentation, including project charters, status reports, decision logs, and client-facing materials.Partner with engineering leads to troubleshoot delivery bottlenecks, dependency conflicts, and process gaps across teams.Support post-project reviews and drive continuous improvem
