This role is idóneo for someone who loves developing creative strategies, spotting trends before they become mainstream and building systems that consistently generate winning creatives (static + video).
Figure out what makes people stop scrolling, click, and convert — then turn that into a constant flow of high-performing ads and concepts.
You won't be working alone. You'll lead a team of video editors and creators who will execute and scale the creative vision you define. You won’t be doing the video editing yourself

? What You'll Do:
- Develop creative concepts and ad angles for paid social that drive acquisition performance
- Turn product insights, user behavior and performance data into new creative ideas
- Identify winning patterns and turn them into repeatable creative frameworks
- Write clear briefs and guide designers, editors and UGC creators through execution
- Turn performance insights into actionable
