Are you passionate about customer engagement, technical support, and delivering high-impact services in an international environment? We’re looking for a Control Tower Technical Support Specialist to join our Computing team in Madrid, supporting the Italian market (SEMA). In this role, you'll act as a key point of contact for customers, helping ensure the successful deployment, adoption, and follow-up of our Control Tower and WXP services. The position is based in Madrid and includes occasional travel to customer sites when required (approximately 25% of the time).
What will you do?
- Lead customer onboarding activities for Control Tower and WXP services.
- Deliver presentations, reports, and service follow-up sessions related to Proactive Insight, Control Tower, and WXP.
- Provide technical support to sales and pre-sales teams.
- Implement solutions tailored to customer projects and business requirements.
- Lead technical follow-up meetings and provide customer support throughout the service lifecycle.
- Continuously learn and develop expertise on the products and solutions being implemented.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and support end-to-end project tracking with customers and internal teams.
- Build strong relationships with customers in an international environment, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
What are we looking for?
- Degree or professional training in Systems Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Fluent Italian (C2 level).
- Upper-intermediate English (B2 level or above).
- Knowledge of systems administration and server architecture.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset and ability to work in international environments.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience creating reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Interest in and practical use of AI tools in day-to-day work is valued.
