Summary – basic function of the role

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving the electrical components of standardized products. It ensures all electrical systems are technically feasible, fully functional, and scalable for future needs, while staying aligned with the company’s overall strategic objectives and product roadmap.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead the electrical design of new standardized AGV models.
- Define electrical and control specifications.
- Collaborate with mechanical design, automation, manufacturing, and commissioning teams to ensure product quality.
- Participate in the selection of electrical components and strategic suppliers.
- Manage purchasing requirements for electrical components of the standard product.
- Take part in electrical validation tests, failure analysis, and continuous improvement proposals.
- Document the product: electrical schematics, technical manuals, product datasheets.




- Support product industrialization and scalability from an electrical perspective.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical and safety regulations.

Skills and Competencies

- Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
- Intermediate to high level of technical English, spoken and written.
- Technical leadership and strategic vision capabilities.

Education and Experience

- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in electrical design for industrial machinery, mobile robotics, or AGVs.
- Proficiency in electrical design tools (EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar).
- Knowledge of navigation systems, sensors, PLCs, batteries, and power converters.
- Product-oriented mindset, with a focus on standardization and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with industrial electrical standards (CE, UL, etc.).
- Experience in vision and development of standardized products.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and design for manufacturing.
