A Day in the Life

Medtronic’s Neurovascular business is dedicated to preventing and treating stroke. Our purpose is twofold: ensuring optimal treatment for the 2 million people who currently have access to stroke care, while also helping address the barriers faced by the 12 million people who do not. We are committed to understanding unmet clinical and patient needs, and we leverage our strong legacy in R&D;, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs to develop a market-leading portfolio of products and solutions for interventional neuroradiologists, neurologists, and other stakeholders who share our commitment to improving stroke care.

In this exciting Hybrid Sales Representative role, you will be responsible for developing and growing the Neurovascular business with both existing and new customers, in line with business guidelines and sales targets. You will manage the defined territory, covering Cataluña and Baleares, while delivering strong commercial and clinical support that enhances Medtronic’s reputation in the market. This remote position is expected to be based in or near Barcelona.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

- Promote and sell Medtronic products and services within the assigned territory and/or customer accounts to achieve or exceed sales targets

- Provide clinical and product support to existing and prospective customers to maximize the value of Medtronic solutions

- Build and maintain strong long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, healthcare professionals, and other decision‑makers

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage leads, and track commercial and marketing campaign activity within the territory

- Deliver product and service education to customers and support market development initiatives and related implementation plans

- Conduct market analysis to monitor customer and competitor activity, maintain accurate market share data, and communicate customer feedback to internal teams including R&D;, Operations, and Marketing

- Manage operational responsibilities, including field inventory reviews, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reporting, participation in sales and forecasting processes, and ongoing professional development

Required Knowledge and Experience:

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, or another relevant degree

- 4 years of experience in sales in the medical device industry (neuroradiology, vascular radiology, interventional cardiology)





- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)

- Computer literacy and Sales Force competencies

- Full clean driver licence; 50% travel is required

Proactive, well-organized, objective oriented, ability to interact with different stakeholders, both from health professionals and the administration ones, ability to work within a highly motivated team as well as autonomously, flexibility, persistence and resilient.
