Cigna is seeking an Operational Representative to join the Life & Protection Solutions team in Madrid. You will process claims, serve as the first point of contact for clients, and coordinate reporting with internal and external parties to ensure accurate handling.
Fluent English and French are required; additional languages are a bonus. A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong numeracy and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team are
