Role Description

This remote role as a Non Profit Networker for EQUITY in Norway involves building and nurturing relationships with nonprofit organizations, social enterprises, and community groups that can benefit from the ShopDonation fundraising model. On a day-to-day basis, the role includes identifying and approaching potential nonprofit partners, presenting the ShopDonation platform and its equity-focused value proposition, and guiding partners through onboarding. The position also involves coordinating fundraising campaigns, monitoring partner performance,



and collecting feedback to improve the local platform. The role requires regular research into the Norwegian nonprofit landscape, outreach to relevant stakeholders, and close collaboration with the international team to align local initiatives with integral strategy.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Equities and Investments, with the ability to connect financial concepts to social impact and equity-focused initiatives.
- Knowledge of Finance and Trading sufficient to explain how commissions and revenue flows can be redistributed to nonprofit causes.
- Demonstrated Research skills, including the ability to analyze the nonprofit sector in Norway and identify promising partnership opportunities.
- Experience or interest in nonprofit fundraising, social entrepreneurship, or impact investing.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities, with confidence in outreach, presentations, and relationship management.
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working remotely in a startup environment with evolving structures and processes.
- Fluency in English; Norwegian language skills are highly beneficial.
- Background in business, finance, economics, social sciences, or a related field is an advantage, though diverse educational paths are welcomed.
