In this position, you will play an essential role in managing the financial and tax compliance tasks for local businesses, focusing primarily on self-employed freelancers (autónomos) and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs). Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the comprehensive accounting and tax processes for a designated client portfolio.
- Overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping, tax filings, and reporting for freelancers and SMEs.
- Working efficiently with the A3ECON software system to maintain accurate financial records.
- Handling administrative tasks connected to client management and general advisory services.

What you need to bring to the team:




- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in administrative management and accounting procedures.
- A Higher Level Vocational Education qualification (CFGS) in Business Administration.
- Proven mastery and fluent daily command of A3ECON software.
- High level of English proficiency, enabling smooth communication when required.
- A valid Class B driving license.

What you can expect from this position:
- A permanent employment contract (Indefinido) within the private consulting sector.
- A part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, providing clear and reliable hours.
- A set weekly work schedule: Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 12:00, with an additional afternoon shift on Wednesdays from 16:00 to 20:00.
- A fixed gross salary of 8,547.00 EUR per year, distributed in 12 annual payments.
- A fixed work location in Palma, Mallorca.
