Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound sales and supply requests from the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Qualify incoming leads, understand customer and supplier needs, and initiate both the sales and supply pipeline
- Advise potential customers and machine sellers, prepare offers, and assist in negotiation and closing processes
- Ensure excellent customer and supplier experience through professional and timely communication
- Enrich and maintain data quality in our CRM and sales tools to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and supply requests
- Support sales and supply operations as well as account managers to guarantee smooth workflows and successful deal execution
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and strengthen relationships with production companies, dealers, and cooperation partners
Skills & Requirements
- Proactive and structured working style with a strong hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident in engaging with customers and suppliers
- Determination, resilience, and reliability in following through processes
- Fluent German (mother-tongue level or equivalent) and strong English skills (spoken & written)
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, account management, or customer support
