In this role you drive the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes within TecAlliance's Dynamics 365 landscape. You translate business needs into scalable D365 solutions and support digital transformation and operational excellence. You collaborate with global stakeholders to optimize sales, marketing and customer support workflows. You join a cross-functional BizApps team delivering a cloud-first TecStack and process improvements with real-world impact.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical L2C designs
• Configure D365FO for L2C and propose gap solutions
• Support Marketing, Sales and Customer Support in optimizing sales processes and resolving issues
• Prepare and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to validate designs
• Manage security roles within the global security framework
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers to translate needs into technical specs
• Manage D365FO setup for new legal entities and support data migration




• Ensure governance, KPI tracking, and compliance through process reviews and security considerations

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Finance u0026 Operations, and Customer Service
• Strong knowledge of Lead-to-Cash processes and process optimization
• Experience in requirements engineering, process documentation, and solution design
• Experience supporting international rollouts and data migration projects
• Ability to work in cross-functional and general teams
• Willingness to travel 20%
• Fluent in English and German
