product positioning, and value proposition * Monitor and analyze market trends, policies, and competitor activities within the utility-scale solar sector * Achieve or exceed annual sales targets through effective pipeline management and project forecasting * Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, marketing) to deliver customized solutions and proposals * Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings * Provide regular reporting on project pipeline, sales performance, and market insights * Collect customer feedback and work with product teams to optimize solutions for utility-scale applications Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in utility-scale solar/BESS xkdbapo sales (must have large project experience) * Proven track record in managing and closing large-scale
