you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain).What you'll be doingManage and prioritize the Jira Service Management product backlog.Gather and translate business requirements into platform solutions.Support the design and optimization of JSM workflows, SLAs, request types, portals, and automations.Contribute to the adoption of ITSM and Enterprise Service Management best practices.Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Operations, and business teams.Support platform governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor KPIs, reporting, and user feedback to drive enhancements.What you'll bring2–5 years of experience with Jira Service Management and the Atlassian ecosystem.Working knowledge of:Jira Service ManagementJira SoftwareConfluenceAssets (Insight)Automation for JiraExperience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Service Management Specialist, or similar role.Familiarity with Agile/Scru
