Join Sidel, a global leader in food, beverage, and personal care packaging solutions, as a Field Service Technician. You will be trained and supported to master high-tech equipment deployed at major industrial clients in Spainand abroad.

YOUR MISSION

- Install, commission and test Sidel equipment, including single machines and complete production lines
- Troubleshoot, prevent and adopt corrective maintenance on mechanical machines within high-speed production lines
- Execute precise technical diagnostics, share feedback with internal support teams and propose corrective actions
- Administrate equipment upgrades and optimisation
- Collaborate closely with project managers and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and empower client operators and maintenance technicians to ensure efficient equipment handling
- Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site;
- Comply fully with Sidel and client safety rules, with clear communications throughout interventions





YOUR PROFILE Technical degree (automation, mechatronics, electrotechnics, industrial maintenance…)

Strong technical curiosity and eagerness to learn continuously

Field experience preferred or strong motivation to learn on the job

Fluent in English, essential for working in a multicultural team

Willingness to travel extensively (often >90% of the time) and adapt to different international environments

Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
