Experteer Overview
In this role you will define and lead our AI strategy to drive business value across the organization. You will own end-to-end AI initiatives from ideation to production, aligning with corporate priorities and ensuring governance and data integrity. You’ll enable AI across the pharma value chain while maintaining GxP compliance and regulatory readiness. You will champion data-driven decision-making and digital transformation to sustain competitive advantage and patient impact.

• Orchestrate cross-functional teams and centralize delivery accountability
• Collaborate with IT and digital transformation to integrate AI into enterprise systems

Responsabilidades
• 8-10+ years in AI, advanced analytics, or data-driven transformation with proven AI delivery
• Strong pharma or life sciences industry experience across end-to-end value chain
• Track record in defining, prioritizing, and delivering AI use cases to production with business impact
• Solid understanding of ML, predictive analytics, and AI applications in pharma
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments
• Familiarity with GenAI capabilities and business applicati
