Hi, I manage a small 2-Bedroom holiday rental apartment in Estepona and i’m looking for a reliable cleaning company for ongoing changeover cleans after guests. Property details · address: c. Melilla, 29680 Estepona, Málaga, Spain · type: small 2-Bedroom apartment (upstairs) · bathrooms: 2 small en-Suite bathrooms (one in each bedroom) · other areas: small kitchen, living room, and outside terrace/veranda What we need · regular changeover cleaning after each guest leaves · usual check-Out time is 10:00 am, so we need someone who can reliably come shortly after 10:00 and complete the cleaning the same day · standard light cleaning (not heavy deep cleans), including: O bedrooms and bathrooms O kitchen and living room O terrace/veranda O floors, dusting, surfaces, bins, etc.

Because this is a short-Term rental (airbnb-Style guests, usually staying less than a month), most visits will be routine, light changeover cleans rather than intensive work. I am english-Speaking and usually outside spain, so email or whatsapp is the easiest way to communicate.
