ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:

We’re looking for a Renewals Sales Specialist to join our Renewal Sales Team. You’ll be responsible for renewing, retaining and growing relationships with wedding vendors in our emerging partners, ensuring they continue to see value from their partnership with us.

This is a telephone‑led role combining account service & management, retention sales and high levels of client care.



You’ll spend much of your time speaking with vendors, understanding their needs, handling concerns, and confidently securing renewals through consultative, persuasive conversations.

You’ll be working to tight turnaround times, using your communication skills, empathy and problem solving abilities to navigate requests from vendors across the country.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively contact vendors to retain existing accounts, and be a reactive source of contact for all account queries and account service within this client pool.
- Reactively handle inbound calls and emails from vendors regarding their packages, performance or concerns.
- Meet daily & weekly productivity KPIs including calls & meeting targets.
- Meet a monthly revenue target in line with the client pool expected value retention.
